Being a low investment model, we’re looking to expand across metropolitan cities, towns and districts cities across India.

We believe that you are more capable and eligible to scout a good location as you will have a better idea of your pre- ferred locality and technical requirements. Once you have shortlisted a location, our business intelligence team will be able to give you an analysis of how feasible the location would be for setting up an outlet.

It takes about 45 days to launch the outlet once the location has been confirmed. This includes,workshop setup, man- power training, on-site training and commissioning.

We will launch a recruitment drive in your city and recruit manpower as per our requirements and then train them at our training facility - ServicePlus Academy, Chennai for a period of 21 days. Apart from that, the staff will be given hands-on training at the Academy as well as the outlet.

No, ServicePlus does not believe in locking our partners for any reason. The only reason you’ll stick to us is if you’re suc- cessful in the business which is a vision we both share.

The onboarding fees charged in the Motopreneur Development Program is a one time fee and is applicable for as long as your outlet is functioning. There are no renewals involved.

No, we do not have the concept of charging royalty. We charge a fixed Marketing Fee which is for marketing & promotions of your outlet. We guarantee you a certain number of assured leads, assured views every month and also take care of the cost of R&D, Technical Help Line & Innovation.

Yes. We encourage our partners to own multiple outlets and manage clusters to ensure their growth and development. There is no limit to owning such outlets. However there are limits to number of outlets in a designated area. This is to ensure fair competetion and avoid dilultion of revenue.

Our Founders

Prateek Darolia

Prateek Darolia is an Automotive Engineer by education, passion, and profession and Co-Founder of ServicePlus & BoltOn Design (@boltondesign).

He is the founding member of Camber Racing - a formulaSAE team that won podiums at various events across the globe including BIC. He holds a National Limca Record Holder under the Endurance Driving Category. He is one of the youngest teams to compete in the 12th Raid-De-Himalaya. The highest motorsport rally in the world at the age of 22.

He has worked on adventure projects (Flight of the Hawkz) with National Geographic Channel, India & Triumph Motorcycles. He has interned with Harley Davidson India under the Find Your Freedom Program (only 4 were selected from across India) in 2019. He has trained under Rajputana Customs, Jaipur (India's No.1 Custom Motorcycle Workshop) and has been building & designing custom motorcycles for clients as a hobby. He is a self-taught designer, guitar player and loves reading.

Sarthak Darolia

Sarthak Darolia is a Business Graduate. He is the Co-Founder of Service-Plus and aptly leads the Marketing & Operations departments of the company.

Sarthak's contributions have been instrumental in Creating, Conceptualizing and Optimizing the Shop Floor Operations. He has been working on motorcycles and thoroughly enjoys Off-Road activities. and is a seasoned trails rider as well.

He is the official host of DGR - Chennai which is Chennai's Largest Motorcycling Event supported by The Movember Foundation that brings together 3000+ riders together for a cause - Raising Awareness about Men's Health and Prostate Cancer. When he's not working, you can find him on a bike exploring new terrains and places or fixing motorcycle at our garages. His prior service industry experience has helped our company grow with values understanding real-time customer pain points and develop innovative means to address them.
